Hill
Air Force Base Disc Golf Course: The Hill AFB Disc Golf
Course is a 9 hole course with Innova Discatcher baskets and dirt
tee pads. It is situated on flat terrain with some wide open shots
and some holes set between two rows of trees that are tight and
narrow. It is challenging for both beginners and advance players
alike. It is also situated next to the main runway, so you can watch
aircraft take off and land during rounds. It gets very loud when
flight ops are in progress, so be prepared.
The course is only
accessible to people with access to the base. But personnel with
access may bring visitors in to play also. Chances are if you come
out to play, you will be the only ones there. Click here
for a map of the course.
Directions: It is located
just to the south of the Hill Air Force Base ball golf course. Enter
the base at the south gate and turn right immediately after the
gate. Turn right once more and follow the road that leads around the
south end of the runway. The course will be on your right.
